The local Junkluggers helped me move a bed and chest of drawers to a new rental. Both items had to go up one flight of stairs to the bedroom on the 1st floor. Everything but the bed mattress was able to get up the stairs. The initial team of two tried to push and pull the heavy Beautyrest mattress up the stairs but physical constraints in the stairwell made it impossible so they had to find another way to get it to the first floor. So, the Junkluggers team of two plus their manager hoisted the stubborn heavy mattress from their truck and over the 1st floor balcony. Quite the feat. It looked like they might not be able to do it, but the team of three did not give up and the mattress made it over the balcony. Yeah!

Great service model and wonderful people behind it to execute it. From the first call where we discussed the plan for pickup to the the fact that they were perfectly on time for the appointment and then after a speedy transfer of junk to the truck, they even swept and cleaned my garage. Nice touch! And I love knowing that all the waste will get proper disposal and anything that can still be useful, will be donated.
